Payment Policy

Booking Amount

A minimum 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Advance Payment

An additional 50% of the package cost must be paid 15 days before the travel date.

Balance Payment

The remaining 25% must be cleared ON ARRIVAL. Bookings without full payment will be considered unconfirmed.

Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via bank transfer & UPI.

GST & Additional Charges

All payments must be made as per the final invoice amount, inclusive of GST and any applicable charges.

Non-Payment Clause

Failure to make payments as per the schedule may result in automatic cancellation of services without refund.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveller

  • 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the package cost will be charged.
  • 15–29 days before travel: 25% of the package cost will be charged.
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the package cost will be charged; no refund applicable.

Cancellation by Company

  • In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances, the company will provide an alternative tour or a full refund (excluding non-refundable expenses).

No-Show or Early Departure

No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

Amendments

Date changes or amendments are treated as cancellations and will follow the above cancellation slabs unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after receiving a formal cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment.
  • Certain components of the package, like airline tickets, hotel bookings, or safari permits, Visa may be non-refundable as per the vendor’s policies.

Force Majeure

Situations such as natural calamities, landslides, weather conditions, political unrest, or any event beyond control will follow the supplier/hotel/transport refund rules. The company will assist, but cannot guarantee refunds.
